When the Elite model is supplied as a divan set it is normally supplied with the De Luxe sprung edge divan base.
The new 2011 model De Luxe base has a screwed and glued solid timber frame with 600 pocketed springs covered with insulating wadding and calico lined for protection.
Shepherd castors are fitted as standard unless other options are specified when ordering.

Upholstered with 1,350 grams per square metre bonded British fleece wool and cotton, and overlaid with two layers of 900 grams per square metre blended British fleece wool and cotton. covered with your choice of finest quality Belgian ticking from the Vi-Spring collection. Hand tufted with felt washers.
Mattress Border
21cm deep with two rows of genuine hand side-stitching. horizontal handles - 8 on 150cm sizes. air vents on all sides. borders upholstered in protective wool, finished with piped ticking.

1.52mm wire springs 56mm diameter in individual sewn cotton calico pockets, hand formed into a honeycomb nested unit. available with a choice of soft, medium, firm & extra firm tensions giving 4 different comfort options.
